April began her career in 2017 as a team member at Chick-fil-A, where she developed a passion for teamwork, operations, and service excellence. Through determination and a commitment to growth, she quickly climbed the ranks to become a Director of Marketing. Along the way, she honed her skills by building marketing teams and strategies for industries as diverse as biotech, nonprofits, e-commerce, and automotive companies.

A military brat turned military spouse, April Wilhelm is a self-made marketing leader and the founder of April Wilhelm Consulting, a business dedicated to helping organizations build sustainable growth through marketing operations and strategy.
